It's been a while since I was able to add to Asha's story and thought you may like to see what our young lady looks like at the grand old age of thirteen months.( Oh and just so she doesn't feel left out a photo of Megs now aged 8 1/2 years.)
Both are proudly wearing "Poppy" collars made by the Royal British Legion.
Stephanie.....and two little ladies.
Asha is growing up nicely and Megs looks so sweet :-)

Me thinks somebody was holding food![]()
Both looking lovely, and their collars.

They look smashing... And yes Mark I think that food was involved with these photos.. We know our cavaliers oh so well.

Partially correct with the comment about biscuits. Megs is staring hopefully at a biscuit whereas Asha was looking longingly at her bestest toy.

It's hard to believe but Asha is celebrating her first "gotcha" day today as it is exactly a year since she arrived here in Nottingham.
She's had a lovely walk over the fields this afternoon ( and came back looking like a swamp monster as it is SOOOooo muddy) and then curled up with her pal Nutmeg.
A couple of photos of two beautiful little ladies taken last week before Megs had a good trim to get rid of some of her fluff.

OMG One year... Yes I can remember because it was only a couple of weeks later we brought Harvey home...
Two beautiful ladies indeed.... They do look very happy together..

.....and we shall have snow!!
We think Asha is thoroughly enjoying her first taste of "proper" snow ( last year she was too little to play out in it).
We have three or four inches today and Asha (and Megs) had great fun chasing about in it whilst we were out on a walk earlier. It's bitterly cold, the roads are treacherous and most of the schools are closed but it's SOOOOO much fun when you are a dog and let free after being cooped up all morning.
They were covered when we got home but a nice warm towel soon cleaned them up and they are now snoozing - worn out but happy!!
