What an exciting mix Sue.... These are the exact colours my little one had in her litter of 5, including 2 B&T' puppies, but I had more girls than boys in my 'all colour' litter.

    Good luck with them.....

    Love,
    Veronica.

What a lovely event! I look forward to seeing photos of all the boys. How often is it that a litter is all one gender?

Congratulations Sue! What a cute mix. They are so tiny and I know nothing about breeding but I assume you are going to be busy.

Lovely pups!! It is so nice to see all four colours together. Interesting that one of the rubies is rather smaller than the other, who looks bigger than all the pups. I don't know if it's a "ruby" thing, but I've had small at birth rubies who have grown to a decent size while the big ones grew more slowly.
    Hi Wayoutwest,
single sex litters don't appear to be uncommon: I've only whelped 125 puppies (65 dogs, 60 bitches) over 30+ years, some litters for other people. Not counting the two litters that each had just one bitch puppy, there have been one litter of two dogs, one of three dogs and one of three bitches, and one each of four, five and six dogs. I've had several litters of three or four bitches and just one dog.
